I learnt Reiki and became a master-level practitioner in Japan. Reiki is not a religion. Reiki treatment gives you deep relaxation and reduces the stress in your body and mind. You will lie on the table fully clothed. I will hold my hands lightly just above your body in a series of positions. The session will be for 30 mins or 60mins.
