In this 1 and a half hour session I combine the power or Reki and Massage for a truly relaxing energy healing experience.

 My holistic approach involves understanding the cause of pain through consultation and a posture check before treatment. Depending on the client's conditions, I will establish an effective treatment plan based on Swedish massage techniques, remedial massage techniques, myofascial release techniques, and Japanese-style posture corrective techniques. To maintain good results after the massage, you will be given homecare stretch and exercise advice. There is a 'Baby's mum' discount for Remedial massage. I learned Reiki and became a master-level practitioner in Japan. Reiki is not a religion. Reiki treatment gives you deep relaxation and reduces the stress in your body and mind. You will lie on the table fully clothed. I will hold my hands lightly just above your body in a series of positions.
